Hey Bespokers,

After some extremely positive feedback from our last 6 week Management Accelerator Program, we are running another one starting on Wednesday 23 September, 2020.

We have amended it slightly based on some feedback so here is how it will now run:-

• As soon as you sign up – you will be provided with the Welcome and Week 1’s Module and Video and the details of the zoom hook ups and facebook live session.
• Then each week, you will be provided access to the following Module on the Friday prior to the Wednesday live session. We have amended it so you can watch the video in your own time prior to the live session. If you are doing this with more than one person in your organisation, we recommend you pick a time that is convenient for all of you to watch together, discuss and and complete your workbooks together if possible.
• Wednesday Mornings – the first one being the Wednesday 23 September you can jump on a Zoom at 8.30am SA time where you will be live with me and I will cover a summary and be there to answer any queries whatsoever to do with module, prior modules or general relevant HR queries that may come up. This will go for as long or as short as questions come through however we are saying to allow for up to 60 minutes.
• After the Wednesday morning, we will prompt you to provide your weekly takeaway and actions (which don’t worry, we will follow you up on each week to help build accountability).

In addition, you will be invited to be part of our closed Facebook Group for this program where you can ask any further questions, celebrate any wins and share any learnings. We will also ask that you introduce yourself and what you do in the group as want to encourage as much interaction as possible (to replace that networking benefit that you would have if the program was live) so please feel free to maximise that as much as possible.
