Self-Service Program
Our Self-Service Program is a good fit when you know what you are doing but just need a little help with the right template or tool. Based on the BespokeHR Pathway, we have a range of tools and templates to assist.
Supported and Fast Track Programs
Our Supported and Fast Track range from $1,500 – $2,500+GST per month and have been designed to tailor to your needs and budget. These supported Programs not only walk you through what you need to do in the right order for you, they also have multiple check-ins to build accountability and ensure you are staying on track. They also provide a learning management supportive framework to ensure your people performance is ongoing and sustainable.
All Programs utilise a step-by-step workbook, start with a HR Audit of your existing material and systems, and a review of your in-house capacity. These are great for gaining extra value, planning ahead and forecasting monthly cash flow. Our Fast Track Program also has options of assisting with recruitment and other administrative people requirements within your business.
After your first 12 months – if you do not continue to receive value, you may discontinue at any time you choose without penalty.
