1 day live intensive

This day assists with the practical skills you need to be a great manager such as establishing standards, giving and receiving feedback, effective communication, performance management and development and recruitment. This day is perfect for any manager who is responsible for people and wants to learn more about management key processes.

DISC Super Session

2.5 hours session

Ever wished that people could walk around with how they want to be treated written above their head? DISC provides a tool to enable you to gain a better understanding of how people operate, how they like to be treated and you can more effectively influence key stakeholders. This session not only provides you with your own personal extensive DISC report, you will also walk away with a greater understanding of how to contribute to a cohesive work environment and better understand yourself, your team, your clients and your key stakeholders/people you have relationships with. This day is perfect for all team members at all levels.

Managing your Employee Experience

1/2 day session

Participants will cover a broad range of skills and knowledge relating to HR and people and culture related activities. The focus of the topics is to build skills and knowledge that participants can transfer directly back into the workplace leading to increased employee motivation, engagement, and performance. The program strongly encourages participants to transfer and embed learnings back into their workplace post-program. This is structured through allocation of pre and post workshop activities.

Managing Performance

1/2 day session

Participants will cover a range of skills, knowledge, and the benefits associated with managing performance and providing timely and effective feedback throughout the employee lifecycle.
By the end of the workshop participants will know how to confidently lead an effective feedback discussion, and clearly articulate areas for improvement or development.
The workshop will focus on practical skills to gain a better understanding of Fair Work requirements for formal performance management processes.

Multi-day Leadership Development Programs

Want more than 1 day and a consistent leadership accountability group that includes the development of a business related project throughout the program? This is a great networking opportunity as well as a highly focused and practical program to help you manage and lead your team to success.
