Business Owner People Workshop

Topics include understanding top 10 people issues and how to protect your business, leading inspired businesses, being a leader that people want to work for, key steps to prepare for when looking to grow, high performance vs low performance teams, time management and productivity.

Leadership, Success and High Performing Teams

In order to be a great leader – you need to be clear on your vision, goals, success principles and leadership plan.  Topics include defining success, understanding your WHY, personal brand, goal setting, leadership models including DISC, top people trends, high performing teams, fast track process methodologies and time management. This day is perfect for any leader who is responsible for a team and wants to be the best they can be.

Management Essentials

This day assists with the practical skills you need to be a great manager such as giving and receiving feedback, effective communication and presentation skills, performance management and development and recruitment. This day is perfect for any manager who is responsible for people.

HR Introduction

This day provides an overview of key HR tools, tips and systems to better understand compliance requirements and how to build a strong employer brand. This day is suitable for up and coming HR practitioners, Office or Operations Managers.

Multi-day Leadership Development Programs

Want more than 1 day and a consistent leadership accountability group that includes the development of a business related project throughout the program? This is a great networking opportunity as well as a highly focused and practical program to help you manage and lead your team to success.

With practical real life tools utilised throughout the program we have an Emerging and Executive Program.

Emerging (private programs only - no public sessions currently available)

This is a 5 day program (4 days plus 2 x ½ days):

  • Day 1 – Introduction to Program, Goal Setting and meet group (1/2 day)
  • Day 2 – Leadership, Success and Building High Performing Teams
  • Day 3 – Communication, Influence and Public Speaking
  • Day 4 – Management Essentials
  • Day 5 – Summary and Project presentations (1/2 day)

Executive (private programs only - no public sessions currently available)

This is a 5 day highly practical and interactive program (4 days plus 2 x ½ days):

  • Day 1 – Introduction to Program, Goal Setting and meet group (1/2 day)
  • Day 2 – High Performance Leadership, Strategic Planning and Employer Brand
  • Day 3 – Communication, Presentation and Project Management Skills
  • Day 4 – People Planning (review of your plan, systems and processes) and Change Management
  • Day 5 – Summary and Project presentations (1/2 day)

    During a short complimentary call or skype, we will confidentially discuss your business and HR needs. I will ask about your future plans and HR Challenges/Opportunities and you can ask me anything you want (such as pricing and package options). This allows us to determine if we are the best people to help you and are the right fit for each other.
  2. Proposal
    This will provide an overview of services and a recommendation of options to best meet your requirements.
  3. Confirm
    You confirm which option and we can get going!
